General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Application

These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services from BoardMaster, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

2. Character and Responsibility of Delivery

BoardMaster delivers tested and effective tools as well as analyses to the customer. The customer is aware that delivered analyses and recommendations are based on the customer's, and potentially participating parties', individual input and contributions. BoardMaster's recommendations are general and process-oriented, but do not replace the board's and individual members' duty to act or duty to investigate for the specific company and management. The customer is obligated to validate all results before they are used.

3. Limitation of Liability

BoardMaster disclaims any responsibility for how the customer uses and interprets the results of the delivered tools and analyses. BoardMaster cannot be held liable for the customer's direct or indirect losses, including operational losses, consequential damages, or other indirect losses that may arise as a result of the customer's use or interpretation of the delivery.

4. Changes and Deviations

Any deviations from these terms must be agreed in writing between the parties.

5. Disputes and Choice of Law

Any dispute that may arise in connection with these terms and conditions shall be settled under Danish law by the court in the judicial district where BoardMaster has its registered office.
